Siela
Siela is a packaging design for a line of children's cosmetics. The design uses a white plastic tube of 75 ml, decorated by screen and pad printing. Stylized illustrations are placed at the center of the design, and a single character appears in different places and situations across the line. Color coding helps buyers tell the products apart. Text is reduced to a minimum, so the right product can be recognized quickly on the shelf. The white surface keeps the illustrations clear and easy to see.
Siela Cosmetic Packaging by Olha Takhtarova was highlighted as a creative example of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Siela Cosmetic Packaging earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2022. The A' Packaging Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition that honors excellent design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
