Qinshihuang Cpa
Qinshihuang CPA is a packaging design for a craft beer in the China Pale Ale category. The bottle shape and bottle neck use typical elements of the Qin dynasty, and the form recalls a jade goblet with cloud patterns from the Qin and Han periods. A flag around the bottle neck marks the product as a pioneer of the China Pale Ale style. A central seal script character, the unified font of the Qin dynasty, gives a traditional and classical look. The design is made as a 315 ml glass bottle and a 550 ml aluminium can.
Qinshihuang Cpa Packaging by China Resources Snow Breweries was recognized as a creative representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Qinshihuang Cpa Packaging earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2023. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade that rewards outstanding design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
