Lucky Forever Tea
Lucky Forever Tea is a paper packaging design for Pu-erh tea. The box holds five round tea bags, one for each day of a working week. A mesh compartment inside allows brewing on the go, in the office or during travel. The pull-out paper box is printed and foil stamped. Illustrations in a modern style show traditional auspicious motifs such as cranes, gourds, peonies, magpies, koi fish, lanterns and ingots. The festive design carries wishes for a better future. The aim is to make Pu-erh tea simple and appealing for young consumers.
Lucky Forever Tea Packaging by Shenzhen Banana Design Co. LTD was selected as a creative example of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Lucky Forever Tea Packaging won the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2024. The A' Packaging Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition which honors superior design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
